Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April, 2025

At GMB Management USA, we strive to deliver quality. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow the below refund policy:

Website & App Development

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of advance.
• After Work Starts: Partial refund based on work completed.
• After Delivery: No refund.

Digital Marketing Services

• Monthly Retainers: No refund for previous months or work already completed.
• If you cancel mid-month, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion.

Cloud-based Calling Solutions (VoIP, 3CX, etc.)

• Licensing & Setup Fees: Non-refundable.
• Subscription Fees: Can be refunded if service was not activated or used.

Custom Software/CRM Development

• Due to complexity and resource allocation, no refund is applicable once development starts.
• For cancellation, deliverables completed until that point will be billed.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. Reach out to support@gmbmanagementusa.com before raising any disputes with payment processors or banks.
