1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

GMB Management USA provides Local SEO, Google My Business optimization, and related marketing services.
All deliverables, timelines, and results are defined in your project proposal or subscription plan.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid upfront unless stated otherwise.
• Monthly SEO plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Invoices are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

We believe in transparent results and fair work.
Because our services involve setup, time, and digital optimization work, we cannot issue refunds after work has started or reports have been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
• The service was not initiated within 10 business days of payment.

In such cases, contact support@gmbmanagementusa.com within 7 days of payment, and we’ll review your request.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel ongoing SEO plans anytime by emailing support@gmbmanagementusa.com at least 7 days before the next billing date.
• One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the work begins.

6. Performance Disclaimer

SEO results depend on multiple factors outside our control (Google algorithm updates, competition, website condition, etc.).
We do not guarantee exact ranking positions but deliver proven strategies and transparent reports.

7. Use of Content

All content, logos, and visuals on our site belong to GMB Management USA.
You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GMB Management USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

9. Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
